At Eagle Specialty Products, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible in every aspect of our business.

However, if you have a problem with a product, please follow these guidelines:

1. Do not alter, machine on, or change the part in any way. Modified parts cannot be returned.

2. If you simply ordered the incorrect part, and wish to exchange it, please call the dealer you purchased the part from.

3. If your local dealer cannot help you due to being closed or moved, we may be able to help. Call our returns department at 662-796-7373.

4. Please have your receipt from when you purchased the part(s).

5. You will be issued an RGA number. Do not lose this number.

Keep in mind that altered, modified, or used parts are not returnable. Also, a receipt from an Eagle dealer is required for all returns.
